• Study French and Italian architecture in Europe.
• Accepted in 1996 as a professional member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD).
• Two years, with one as chairman, of the Hollister Ranch Design Committee. The Hollister Ranch is an exclusive development in Gaviota, California.
• Continuing education in design issues through AIBD programs and PCBC shows.
• Certification as an ARXX designer and installer.
